Philippe graduated as veterinarian at the Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Nantes, France. He joined MSD Animal Health in 2001. Philippe had diverse leadership roles in France, Turkey and Israel. He now leads the Global Marketing team for MSD Animal Health in New Jersey, USA.

Dr. Alexei Castro, DVM, MBA

Beef Cattle Monitoring Technologies Lead

Alexei is a veterinarian graduated from Sao Paulo University. After completing his MBA and years of working in veterinary medicine, Alexei is now focusing on the application of technology for veterinarians and cattle producers in the USA.

Dr. Juan Pedro Campillo, DVM

Dairy Cattle Monitoring Technologies Lead

Juan Pedro graduated from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio. After 8 years in cattle practice, he worked in Marketing roles and joined MSD Animal Health as Global Marketing Manager for dairy monitoring technologies and is based in Madrid.

Dr. Tim Potter, BVetMed MBA PhD CMgr MRCVS

Senior Clinical Director of Westpoint Farm Vets, Vet Partners, UK.

Tim graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2003 and then went on to complete a farm animal residency. On completion of his residency, he undertook a PhD, examining the use of antimicrobials in the treatment of calf pneumonia. Having completed his PhD, Tim joined Westpoint Farm Vets with a focus on youngstock health management and currently provides proactive management advice to calf rearing units across the UK. He maintains his research interests with current projects focusing on antimicrobial resistance, calf health and early disease detection. Away from his clinical duties Tim is part of the Farm Animal Executive Board for VetPartners. His specific responsibility is for farmer training and veterinary learning and development. He is part of the Technical Advisory Board for Agri-Epi Centre

Paul Westaway

Global Business Development Director

Paul Westaway is the Livestock Business Development Lead for MSD Animal Health, Data Labs in the EURAM & APSA Regions. Paul has been with the company for over 9 years and has held various national, regional and global roles. Paul leads the work on Bovine sustainability and welfare, and his role ensures that the company has industry and real life experience, backed by real time data, to ensure the message the customer receives is accurate and understandable. Paul has a family farm with over 195 acres in Gloucestershire and 150 pedigree Beef Shorthorn, Angus & Murray Grey cattle.

Dr. Donal Lynch, DVM

Director XLVets Ireland

Donal Lynch is a veterinary practioner in Ireland. He practices in Offaly in a mixed practice which includes, dairy, beef, suckler, sheep, equine and companion animals. Donal has a particular interest in disease prevention in herd and flock situations and has completed a cert in dairy herd health in UCD. Donal also runs a small suckler and sheep farm in the west of Ireland. Donal is a past president of Veterinary Ireland and is currently an active member of XLVets Ireland.
